Account manager / Solution Consultants

We are looking for high quality Account manager & Solutions Consultant with the right combination of marketing and sales experience to deliver stellar results in selling BASIS ID legal solutions to various types of business. 

You will present BASIS ID solutions to different people, often not IT-related, and you should be an expert in products that sell, understand the sales cycle and improve sales tools, presentations and customer interaction. You will collaborate with our marketing and legal персонами to continually improve our demonstrations, including sales scripts, discovery process, best practices, sharing expertise/training and guiding solution development.

What are the tasks and responsibilities?

  • Demonstrate the value proposition of the BASIS ID solutions through product demonstrations, by phone or through other means of communication
  • Prospect, develop, and close new customers for  BASIS ID platform and solutions
  • Develop and execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Create strategic and technical sales strategies, presentations and product demonstrations for small and mid-market level customers
  • Coordinate and work with extended team members
  • Leverage knowledge of the product and development skills to create scalable technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept use cases
  • Giving our customers a sense of confidence and security

What skills are important?

  • Software applications sales experience; sales experience in legal field is a plus, as is on-demand/SaaS sales experience
  • A history of selling licenses/subscriptions to SMEs & large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Teamwork and good communication skills a must
  • You are native English speaker & know Russian very well
  • Experience is more important than a degree. But if degree is connected to Sales, then this is a benefit
